It is important to remember though that occasional indulgence doesn't hurt, but too much of anything could be unhealthy. But what exactly is this massage, so how exactly does it help the body, and what would be the side effects that come with it? Have a look...
spa is definitely on the cards. Once in the spa there are so many kinds of massages to select from, there's something to suit the body's every need. There is the Swedish massage, the Hot Stone massage, the Thai massage, the

Side Effects
There are no major fallouts of the massage like this. However, your body may experience a certain level of soreness for several days after. Take a look at what the body might have to deal with after going through this massage.

Slight Bruising or Headaches
The main reason I team these after i talk about the side effects is that neither of the two are widely experienced by people. Based on the headaches, it most often is simply a result of probably lying around the massage table for too long, which generally stops after getting removed from there. In terms of the bruising, that as well isn't a cause of concern. It's very rarely observed, and if it will happen, it is only because of the quantity of pressure applied during a massage.

Nausea
These feelings of sickness normally lasts only so long as the massage treatment is happening. Reason behind feeling nauseous is this fact massage works towards ridding your body of toxins. When the body is studying the process of freeing the body of the waste, a queasy feeling is rather common. This feeling also normally disappears when the massage session is over.

Soreness
As stated before, the first problem that may appear is that of soreness. Most often, your body is not used to intense massage treatments which help relieve stress. After dealing with a massage of this kind, chances are that the body could feel just a little numb, just like it feels when one experiences an intense workout after a very long time. This soreness doesn't last for very long, and the feeling normally passes in a day or two at the most.
