Many sunbathers try to accelerate the process of tanning creams, oils, pills and even with the sunbed. However, artificial procedures it can be aggressive to reach the dermis.

The nutrient acts as a kind of screen: in effect, a greater presence of pigment in the skin decreases the chance of burns from sun exposure. In addition, scientific studies have shown that people who consume at least four servings of fresh fruits and vegetables rich in beta-carotene, are less likely to get cancer.
